YESTERDAY

Yesterday is a very meaningful song to me by leona lewis 
the words and the melody is just way to true to my life story and im sure the most of you. 
you see, this song is not just a breeze of melody , its a life journey told and written in the art of 
music . 
It is true as the verse goes , Ill hold yesterday in my heart, in my heart 
and they can take tomorrow, they can take music we never play 
and they can take broken dream , take everything .. but never can they take yesterday
"they" here can be yourself, your love or your friends or your family. 
The beauty thing about yesterday AKA your memories is that 
it is there , especially sweet ones 
never fade as long as you want to remember it 
for me , i cherish and remember every moment with people who i love and care the most 
although never been in LOVE , it doesn't mean I or you can never have that yesterday . It is what we think and remember is what makes us strong 
i do miss lots of time in which i have spent with my friends and my best friends
but yet the sweet and colorful memories just brings me up again and again 
Just thinking of their smile, their love , their spirit and believing that there will be
another time , your yesterday can be the sweetest thing to have ! 
so next time your sad and down , thinking of your love one 
or people you care so much 
just think of yesterday , and well it will cure some of your heart aches 
it always does for me 
cause they can take everything, but they can never take my 
YESTERDAY ..... =)

What Larson think about relationships

for one thing , i am a person who is kinda scared of love , cause i dont want to be broken hearted, yet i am so keen to know why is it that everyone or almost all of us want it .
Its so intresting how some of my friends keep their relationship so steady while some
tumble and fall . My 2 best friends sure show me what love really is , and i really like what they have , they are sure a good role model. But i hardly think i could ever have something ever so succesful as they do . Ive come a across many guys in my life
some really hot , sum hot , sum average and sum under average . But all have their ups and downs. Yet the big question is , is relationship something i want?
should you ask me now , i would certainly say YES
but deep inside i still wonder and still searching for the right person.
For me if i was in a relatinship, i would be fully commmited and as faithful as i can be
not fooling around as i am now or having my eyes move when i see a charming guy pass by
All is for the one and the one only , or atleast that is what i think for now.
Nothing is certain , but planning aint too bad right.
I have , i admit fallen in love before , always with the wrong people and it hurts when
you know nothing can go on with that, yet you have to put a smily face and never say i love you.
i have been single all my life m, and being a couple is sure a whole new world for me
would i choose a hot bf or an average guy , well that is uncertain again
i would love to have a hot bf , from which i could care and spoil with all my talents
I would if i could , in a relationship , love my spouse with all my heart
and hope it would not be broken by lies and infidality
but for now ill just keep holding on and wait till the right person to pass by
for now i am blessed to have very good friends and very nice family memebers
for now they are my realatinship and i cherish that til i fin that special someone

Holidays

Holidays for me never means a restfull day, it usually means , lets go out and have fun and explore .....
But explore what ????

for one thing , exploring can be a big word ..
in the holidays i love to explore how my body could improve to be bigger and hotter
it is surealy a never ending and full of dissapointment journey, but it is sure worth it
The boulders in the journey would be over eating, the fat that never wants to dissapear and the ever not growing muscles. gorsh . but the lighter side of this journey is the personnal happiness and the great thing when your out an about, cause you feel great and possibly look great too .
Secondly the journey, begins with exploring new friends and hangging out with the friends you already have, I personally love to hang out with my 2 BFF's, cause they are simply a great couple and very pleasant to hang out with. Anything is fun at anytime and anywhere. Just like watching a simple movie could be so thrilling. and for the new friends , its always nice to meet new people around , ever knowing they might be your friends you want to have for your life or friends who are so common to you. One thing i wud luv to have in my partner for life is being my best friend. cause that is so important because we know what we like best and understand best of both sides.
Thirdly , the REAL travelling , is sure a journey to be taken all the time , cause it widens your prespective and broaden your mind. I love travelling and have been travelling since the spring age of 1 , and i love it since , In this holiday i might explore my own country malaysia or go downsouth to singapore to check it out . so i hope i like it there
and see what is greater or worse in this and the other end ...
BUt one thing is for sure holiday is a great time to explore and have fun
and i love holidays although it keep me so darn busy

Eat Protein Only ?

i have seen numerous friends and mates all around the world
and all they have been doing is cut down on their carbs and eat more protein right after a workout . To be truthful , i use to do this a lot too , however it will be not very good if you are doing lots of cardio in a week , cause you will loose your mass and loose muscles in other words
Carbohydrate is a very important element after your workout, because it stimulates and helps with muscle growth. It is true , that you cannot have and eat whatever you like if your working out . But cutting back on good carbohydrate and protein is going to cause you lost in mass certainly. Most people dont neglect protein , but carbohydrate is always neglected to be more lean. That is simply wrong , cause muscles cant grow without carbohydrate.
The best post workout meal after a workout is : Protein and good carbohydrates
Here is a few idea of a pre-workout meal :
“Anything good, a teaspoon, tablespoon of peanut butter on whole grain bread,” is an option, she says.
“Nothing heavy before they work out,” she says is something people need to remember. Just a small serving of protein with carbs will provide enough fuel for muscles.( that means dont have 2 plates of rice and full plate of sides! )
Kuykendall recommends eating within a couple hours of working out. If dinner will be soon after a work out, a snack will not be needed...
eating somewhat like a plate of rice and some good light calorie dishes should work for a muscle achiever like you and me , and eat again after a workout , maybe a tuna sandwhich or 2 and MILK . it helps , protein shakes are okay for some , not for everyone . Can make you fat you know :)

AND FOR POST WORKOUT meals :
eat good protein like tuna , egg white , lean chicken or turkey and good carbs like rice and whole wheat bread to give that energy for your muscle to rebuild ! .

So my big advice is dont cut on carbs , it will just make you stay too lean
which is good for most
but not really what big gainers want ! .. so think about IT ...

Example of Bad Carbohydrate :
Bread and pasta made with any refined flour,
Cakes, cookies and other sweet bakery products,
Processed refined grains, such as glutinous rice ,
Most pudding, custards and other sweets,
Fruit drinks, fruit juices, sodas,
Jelly, jams and all candy.
Example of good protein :
turkey or chicken breast
Nuts
Fish
Beans
Soy protein
egg whites
whey protein

Anyways , a good tuna sanwhich if your on a hurry and milk is excellent !
and if you have time have a piece of whole wheat and baked beans if your into western tast e
or rice with some good veges and lean meats . for asian tatse , its good too ! .
,most diest tell us to quite rice and stuff , but were asians , just eat , but workout hard
And i mean get those muscle working to eat BIG ! , but not too much lah:)

The Cardio Plan and hunt those fat down

When it come to cardio-plan it is either we are just clueless or just too expert in doing the cardio and resist listening to people on what is right and what is incorrect. firstly, just incase for those who has no idea what cardio is, it is a workout that raises your heart rate and make you sweat hell a lot . Example of cardio workouts are running on treadmill or on the ground outside, cycling, swimming, dancing , fucking(oops) and other similar movements. 

On cardio plans , i have been quite the most experience with it , and believe me when i say follow it and burn fat fast. I know most people are on a target to burn fat and show off those beautiful 6 pacs or just get into that nice pants/ skirt you just bought. Now let me tell you the inconvenient truth, wrong cardio plans might cause you to just be tired and sweeating like hell , but yet loose only so little. Now take note of what i am going to advice you and try this for a month, if it does not work , than you can tell me , that i have a PHD in bluffolagy (Bluff-ology)
but if it works , let your friends and family to know of this workout plan. Now here is a step by step routine to a perfect cardio plan , you will love it. I have done it and i have not only lost the weight and fat i wanted but also enjoyed it . 

Before i go on , let me explain to you how fat burning works . First thing, when you increase your heart rate and drop it and increase it again after dropping it in less than a minute , you will increase your metabolite rate, which is the mechanism in your body that burns and utilize fat. Or at least the energy consumption that you had for lunch . Thus, by increasing and dropping it a few times you will increase the metabolite rate and , make sure your burn fat even after you have rested and on the couch at home after a long hard day at the gym. I notice that many people love to run or walk at a fixed pace, now this is not wrong , but if you want to loose more than the 300 calorie that is labelled on that machine , you have to raise your heart rate. Keeping on a consistent/fixed rate on treadmill or the bicycle machine will only set your heart rate on a normal pace , thus only burning the amount of calories stated on the machine. However should you follow my new method you will burn even more after you have stopped, it is good , because that means you can eat with less guilt. and not starve yourself. Alright lets begin. 
First Step 
For the first 4 minutes, warm up , walk or lightly jog at a relaxing pace; this will allow your body to kick start and warm up your engines and turbines. Remember just relax  and warm-up. Don't be hasty to go to the higher speed. Recommended speed is 6 miles/hour , however depending on a person. 
Second Step 
Now is the time to show of to the person next to you, push the button on the treadmill to the highest speed YOU CAN MANAGE. remember the speed that only you can manage. Dont overexert . Keep that pace for 30 seconds to 1 minute, the longer the better. 
Third Step 
Now slow down to a more relaxing pace after you have reached the 30 sec or 1 minute target. Walk or jog as you please, relaxed and try to catch your breath. Cause you will need it , Run this for over 2 minutes of resting. 
THE REPETITION
Now repeat the fast motion for 1 minute and 2 minutes cool-down right after 
Each of this is called a round , and repeat it for 3-5 times, starting your first week routine with 3 round and increasing this to 5-6 rounds later in the 3rd to 5th week of trial. 
Fourth Step
Now is the last part , cool it and slow it down , just walk and catch your breath , and rest for the last 4 minutes, walking that is , never just stop! 
and thus at the end of that 4 minute , cool down

NOTE : depending on the many round you have done , but each cardio session should only be 15-20 minutes , DO THIS 3-4 times a week , and you will be loosing weight in no time , BUT also watch the diet , does not mean you can eat all the fat and food available , control and only eat when your hungry , and eat moderatly, Dont starve like most hollywood do , however dont over eat either.For other machines like bicycle and the skiing machine , you can work the same way too by pushing to the highest Rotation per minute(RPM) for 30 sec to 1 minute and than cooling down for 2 minute and repeat . Its same old same story.

The larson Workout


For once, i am going to explain and let all of you know the Larson Phee workout routine in one of the many that i have device over my 9 months rigid training. You see i have been fat all my life, or at least out of shape, one time or another in my life time. never looking that great. I always believed that looking hot or good was just for some people and i could never do it. I went along with this philosophy for almost 20 years in my life. Till i struck 20 , and i grew more intelligent i guess.. LOL .. and so i began on my long and challenging 3 month regime, which did take a lot of sacrifice and discipline in its way. Believe me when i say this 3 months was the longest time in my life. And yet after 3 months, i hardly saw any changes, just very slightly. However with perseverance and the want to look HOT.. i worked my way . day after day week after week and month after month . "it is not an easy task i must say" 

However after 3 months it got much easier and , i have learn a lot in just 3 months, not just how to train myself , but also i kept record and learn how to outset the fat i had before. It is a good experience and meaningful to me in every way. cause in just 3 months, i was on my way to looking closer to what i wanted to look like. Now after 9 months, i have gained the experience, not only in workout schedule, additionally , i have learnt how to eat right and supplement myself correctly. Now here is one of the many workout schedule which i am willing to share with all of you . Hope it comes to some order of help 

Lets begin with mondays  task .( begginer's routine) 

Biceps and Triceps (on Monday) 

Alternating Dumbbell Curl = 12 reps of 3 sets ( increasing weight decreasing repetition as you go)

Triceps Pushdowns = 12 reps of 3 sets ( same as bicep curl decrease reps as weights increase)

Barbel Curls = 12 reps of 3 sets

Triceps dips = 15 reps of 3 sets 

Concentration curls= ( 12 reps of 3 sets) 

Triceps extension's= ( 12 reps of 3 sets) 

( note: notice how i place triceps and biceps workout back to back. well its better to do it one than continue with the other and repeat; ask me if your not sure , email will be given at the end of this blog)

Legs and Shoulders( Tuesdays and Fridays) 

Lunges = 15 reps of 3 sets 

Squats = 15 reps of 3 sets 

step ups = 15 reps of 3 sets

side-shoulder raise= 12 reps of 3 sets 

shoulder press= 12 reps of 3 sets

Arnold press= 12 reps of 3 sets

Clean and jerk = 12 reps of 3 sets

Chest and back (on Wednesdays)

Chest Press = 15 reps 3 sets

Chest Fly’s = 15 reps 3 sets

Inclined chest press = 15 reps 3 sets

Back extensions = 15 reps 3 sets

Seated row= 15 reps 3 sets

Lat pulldowns = 15 reps 3 sets

Abs Workout to do on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Tuck ins = 3 sets 10-15 reps

Abs Crunches = 3 sets 15-20 reps

Reverse Crunches = 3 sets 15-20 reps

Modified Crunches= 3 sets 15-20 reps

Side twist= 15 on each side 3 sets

Oblique twist = 10 on each side 3 sets

The clam = 15 reps of  3 sets

ALL Body Workouts on Saturdays

2 of chest workout (from the main schedule)

2 of bicep workout

2 of triceps workout

2 of legs workout

2 of back workout

2 of shoulders

and abs workout as above .

 

Do this routine 4 a while and you will see some result

Remember concentrate on your motion and posture, don’t just try to complete it as fast and with more reps , do with perfect form and you will be In perfect form.

They call it , we call it , you call it , i call it Love .


Alright is the most famed declaration ever circulated in our time and time before us. What is this word?
Well simple enough, they call, I call it, you call we call it … L.O.V.E
So what is such a big deal about love yeah? , well to tell you the truth I have no idea
I am not even sure if I have really been in love. it seems all new to me seriously .
I am speculating that love can be quite a beautiful thing, yet being a very hurtful feeling
Well I surely know that, if and when I do fall in love, it would be great
But for now I can’t say that I am in love
I have liked so many people and have cared for many, deeply in the heart
Yet have not found that one that can steal and charm my heart
Or at least that is what I have been told, so maybe I am a fool for not knowing love
It is I guess a very nice feeling, although yet for me to judge.
I have had and still have crushes on some people, yet it is what I call the sneeze of love
Something very mild and nothing serious yet, though even that makes you think
And wonder about the person all the time, seems pathetic if you ask me. Yes I do
Think I can be pathetic. Gorsh how did I ever feel that way, but I did
Yet it is not love for sure, because it only lasted so many days
But the feeling was like pleasant yet horrible and yet so beautiful yet so dimming.. It’s so confusing
Now let me tell you this, falling in love can be hurtful or disappointing
But it’s a risk that I think I am willing to take and I think many of you should be too
Never neglect it or try to be somewhat different, because you will be struck by it
Better be ready than sorry!
So to all of you out there. Good luck and have a good time being in love
Because I sure can’t wait when it’s my turn
But for now its studies and gym till my body looks like a hunk!

The Conduct of Gym-mers

Alright, many of us sign up for gym's correct ? , and it may be the membership from california fitness, Fitness First, True Fitness, Celebrity Fitness or any other fitness centres. Now, when we do attend the gym's to update our body, it is very usualy that you have a certain goal or reach to commit in the gym on that particular day right. For example, trying to get a more pumped chest or bulkier shoulder blade. However, spirits are always turned down by many occasions. Among these are the conduct of the gymmers, and the ammount of crowd at the point in time.

Initially when i start my gym session for the day , i usually have a goal to reach, and usually am working 2 parts of my body. For example shoulders and legs, which usually falls on the same day. To tell the truth, i hate working out my shoulders, and i seem to never see imporvements. Though now the signs are clear why.

Firstly , the conduct or behaviour of gymmers always turn me down. For example the fatty guys who looks a litlle unfortunate and yet trying to get buff , they totally turn me off by looking at them , what initially was 100% now goes to 20% effort. Im so sorry if this is found to be insulting, But please dont bug my space or try to show off those fatty arms or legs by wearing skimppy clothing, its just totally a turn off, and plus it just make me wanna not workout. Though i just have to , cause i can't always be bothered by these kind of people, cause i would just be in no good shape if i would.

Secondly , the attitude of some gymmers, are so repulsive . They tend to stare and look while you are doing your workout. I accounteer this a lot , and it gets kind of annoying and distrupts the workout flow. Also some with very bad odour or sweaty body love to linger where you workout when you least want them to be there, its like they don't understand , get your own space . and gorsh get a deodorant ! these kind of people tend to always be in your way and as if they are stalking you, i know they aren't , cause they are too busy checking themself out , even though the look nothing close to HOT.

Thirdly, those people who tend to use equipment and never replace them is always a bummer . Illustratively, they tend to just know how to use , yet have no idea where these things belongs right after , I mean seriously ; its a public gym , respect the order. and Yet another problem with gymmers are the ones that love to block the equipment or stand to sit on it while they are just chatting on the phone or staring at other people. Seriously though , get out of it and get back in when your ready to workout , Dont hog one , forever ! . and at some occasion , these god for saken guys rite , love to block the barbell or dumbell bench , thus blocking my or others ways to get those things. They tend to make the curls or workout at that particular spot. Making no way for others to move in and out of the arena. Brainlessly hell , why do that , when there are plenty of spaces available and mirrors to check your un hot self .. i mean please if i wanted to see you , i would have already =P

Gorsh . people in theses world can be quite some weirdo , but we have to just live it i guess , no matter what gym i go , i always bum into these kind of people , not everyone are like this , but mostly are . Which sucks , but i guess the determination to look good just keeps me there ... Pheww
