The Deal With Diet's

Alright , i am sure many of you guys want the perfect picture body right ? and well we all try all sorts of diets to get there , but what really is the answer to that sexy dreamy abs that almost every guy wants. is it really just watching your diet and eating what i call Too Healthy Too Eat stuff , for example yoghurt, vegetable and fruits after 6/7pm . Well to tell you the truth i have been through the same thing , dieting like crazy , eating only brown rice , brown bread and wheat and lean meat . but yet it just looks the same.

One of my friends , i am not sure why , but im sure you do have friends like this , they can eat fast food , doughnuts, or any kind of fatty food and yet have that lovely abs down there. I wonder how they do it ? , well nothing more than those dieter;s for sure, cause we work out the same , but they end up having those gorgeous abs with those lovely curves down there . You know that sexy curve down the pelvic, that makes the abs look's even more goregous. I have been struggling to get those , and believe me i do lot's and lots of cardio and abs workout to get that and yet, can see the nice 6 pacs , but where is the sexy curves . The pelvic curve ? 
leg lifts , reverse crunches and more workout have i endured , yet failure set on my eyes like crazy. Worst than ever , i have been called a 32 when im a 30 , gorsh . that is such a bummer 

Now let me tell you this , you can have all the low  fat diets you want , but im telling you , it takes time to get those nice curves and abs together , especially if your were fat/tubby like i was before, now although everywhere else seems good . I clearly need some time and work to get those abs , and for god sake, even if you can get it by next week or tmrw , how long can you maintain it ? please okay , take your time , and what is the rush , do lotsa cardio , BUT not too much too losse mass , if your burning over 600 calories a day on cardio alone , and eating all low fat food , you are sure to be too skinny or lean , not buff , so yeah eat normal , enjoy life , and workout consistently , thats my advice for your perfect body , and off course there are people with greater body than you at the gym presently, but you have a better potential , getting your dream body that might look even better when it comes , so wait and work hard , you will get it one day !
