The Workout

Now im sure many of you are wondering , how to get that gorgeous body that everyone wants ? right ? 
well wonder no more , here are some straight forward answers that no men's magazine or a personal trainer will tell you ... you need to work it and ITs gonna take time 

Now lets go slow. Firstly if  your born with a non-hot body , just like i did , which i can truthfully tell , almost all of us aren't born with nice bodies. so you have got to work it ! and believe me it is not going to take you only 1-3 months 
its going to take you at-least a year plus to get that hunky look , like some of those great looking guys in gym have. They too , have work so long and so hard to achieve that. It is not a day magic , thing , where you workout and BOOM , awarded with a hot bod the next day , your body takes time to build and flex, It is like a spring actually. You see you need to fiddle with a spring a few times before it does not return to its shape right ? , so does your muscle , you need to stretch it a few times and than you will achieve that result you always wanted 

It will take long and it will take a lot of disappointments. but the final product when you actually can see it , will last long , dont be trick by silly low-fat diets and those protein shakes to get big quick 
just eat normal and be happy , and work hard too 
remember , without good fuel your body cant build 
It needs carbs and protein and other nutrients to grow 
eat most before and after a workout to get that good gains 
forget those crazy low-fat diets , just cut down on too much high fatty and high sugared food though 
have them maybe 3 times a week at small portions, dont restrict yourself , just control !
and for the workout , push your self ! , but push smart , dont just impress the nest person in the gym by lifting big , its the form and way that is important . Start light and than move on to the heavy weights, warm your body up first .. thats all i can say .. 
ill write more on advice 
but remember , its time and hard work that needed , its not gonna be super fast okay ! 
its gonna take time to look good , and plus what is the rush ? 
are you competing for mr. muscle ? 
nah i dont think so  its just you cant wait to look as hot as your partner rite ?

The Deal With Diet's

Alright , i am sure many of you guys want the perfect picture body right ? and well we all try all sorts of diets to get there , but what really is the answer to that sexy dreamy abs that almost every guy wants. is it really just watching your diet and eating what i call Too Healthy Too Eat stuff , for example yoghurt, vegetable and fruits after 6/7pm . Well to tell you the truth i have been through the same thing , dieting like crazy , eating only brown rice , brown bread and wheat and lean meat . but yet it just looks the same.

One of my friends , i am not sure why , but im sure you do have friends like this , they can eat fast food , doughnuts, or any kind of fatty food and yet have that lovely abs down there. I wonder how they do it ? , well nothing more than those dieter;s for sure, cause we work out the same , but they end up having those gorgeous abs with those lovely curves down there . You know that sexy curve down the pelvic, that makes the abs look's even more goregous. I have been struggling to get those , and believe me i do lot's and lots of cardio and abs workout to get that and yet, can see the nice 6 pacs , but where is the sexy curves . The pelvic curve ? 
leg lifts , reverse crunches and more workout have i endured , yet failure set on my eyes like crazy. Worst than ever , i have been called a 32 when im a 30 , gorsh . that is such a bummer 

Now let me tell you this , you can have all the low  fat diets you want , but im telling you , it takes time to get those nice curves and abs together , especially if your were fat/tubby like i was before, now although everywhere else seems good . I clearly need some time and work to get those abs , and for god sake, even if you can get it by next week or tmrw , how long can you maintain it ? please okay , take your time , and what is the rush , do lotsa cardio , BUT not too much too losse mass , if your burning over 600 calories a day on cardio alone , and eating all low fat food , you are sure to be too skinny or lean , not buff , so yeah eat normal , enjoy life , and workout consistently , thats my advice for your perfect body , and off course there are people with greater body than you at the gym presently, but you have a better potential , getting your dream body that might look even better when it comes , so wait and work hard , you will get it one day !

Shut Up and just listen

You know how people just often times , never listen to you and always keeps talking , even though you are already bored of listening to them, and just can't understand the sign's we are saying , which is non-other than shut up ? , well lets talk about those Very Irittating People a.k.a VIP

Im not sure why , but sometime or rather almost everytime, "some" people just dont know when to not say things and when to say it, We know that sometimes it hurts you so bad when someone says something that is not nice , but without even thinking they say it , It might be something simple like , " owhh you look hot" at one moment and than , " owhh maybe you need to work on beeeppp" , and owh mY Gawd , waht is that , its called double sided tape okay .

Just SHUT UP and listen to what you are saying sometimes people and be consitent , Dont screw yourself up . cause you already have .
and remember what you say can never be taken back inside
its like my mum always say , "Dont eat your own saliva once its already out" ... "step on it and make sure you decorate it or slam it on someone elses face okay ! "
